Capitol Ave. at 7:00 pm February 14, 2006 The February 14, 2006 meeting of the City of Lansing Mechanical Board of Appeals was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Pat Ryan, Chairman. The following members were in attendance: Public Present: Steven Ryan Chairman Ryan asked for the approval of the December 10, 2005 minutes. Minutes were approved unanimously. Old Business: Update on proposed changes to Forbes Mechanical Act from Brian Shields. Member comments on permit fee adjustments comparing complete home remodel and new home cost. New Business: Informed the board of the next Forbes Mechanical Contractors Act meeting March 14, 2006 and asked for any input they felt appropriate that should be addressed concerning changes to the act.
