Approval of the Agenda:
Moved by City Attorney Smiertka.
Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes
Moved by City Assessor Frischman to approve the minutes of the Election Commission Meeting of
February 11, 2020.
Motion Carried
Public Test of Equipment
The Election Commission performed the Public Accuracy Test.
Moved by City Attorney Smiertka to accept the results of the Public AccuracyTest.
Motion Carried
Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 5:15 p.m.

Public Comment
There was no public comment.
Moved by City Attorney Smiertka to approve the agenda.
Motion Carried.
Moved by City Assessor Frischman to approve the minutes of the Election Commission Meeting of
February 26, 2020.
Motion Carried.
Moved by City Assessor Frischman to approve the establishment of the Absentee Counting Board for
the August 4, 2020 Election.
Motion Carried.
Moved by City Attorney Smiertka to adopt the proposed assignment of Election Inspectors as submitted
for the August 4, 2020 Election and authorize the City Clerk to make adjustments as necessary.
Motion Carried.
Report by City Clerk Swope:
Public Test of Election Equipment for the August 4, 2020 Election is scheduled for Tuesday,
July 28, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.

submitted for pre-processing absent voter ballot on Monday, Novebmer 2, 2020 and the
November 3, 2020 Election, and to authorize the City Clerk to make adjustments as necessary.
