Moved by City Attorney Smiertka to approve the agenda. Motion Carried. 3. Moved by City Attorney Smiertka to approve the minutes of the Election Commission Meeting of October 31, 2017. Motion Carried. 4. Public Comment There was no public comment. 5. New Business Moved by City Attorney Smiertka to approve the establishment of the Absentee Counting Board for the August 7, 2018 Election and authorize the City Clerk to make adjustments as necessary. Motion Carried. Moved by City Attorney Smiertka to adopt the proposed assignment of Election Inspectors as submitted for the August 7, 2018 Election and authorize the City Clerk to make adjustments as necessary. Public Comment There was no public comment. 4. Public Test of Equipment The Election Commission performed the public accuracy test. Moved by City Attorney Smiertka to accept the results of the Public Accuracy Test. Motion Carried. 5.
