Approval of Minutes Moved by City Assessor Fowler to accept the printed proceedings of the City of Lansing Election Commission Meeting of January 29, 2013. Motion Carried. 11. Public Comment There was no public comment. Ill. Public Test The Election Commission performed the public accuracy test. Moved by City Assessor Fowler to accept the results of the Public Accuracy Test. Motion Carried. IV. New Business Waverly School District will have a Special Election in May 2013. As it will affect fewer than seventy voters in Lansing, Lansing Township will conduct the election. V. Approval of Minutes Moved by City Attorney McIntyre to accept the printed proceedings of the City of Lansing Election Commission Meeting of February 19, 2013. Motion Carried. 11. Public Comment There was no public comment. 111. Consolidation of Precincts for August 6, 2013 Election Moved by City Assessor Fowler to accept the consolidation of precincts for the August 6 election. Motion Carried with typographical changes to the Resolution. IV. New Business There was no new business. V. Adjournment Adjourned at 4:09 p.m. Official Proceedings of the City of Lansing Election Commission July 9, 2013 Meeting was called to order by City Clerk Swope at 10:05 a.m. Members Present: Chris Swope, City Clerk Don Kulhanek, Chief Deputy City Attorney Others Present: Bruce Utter, Election Coordinator Monica Zuchowski, Assistant Clerk I. Approval of Minutes Moved by Chief Deputy City Attorney Kulhanek to approve the minutes of the City of Lansing Election Commission Meeting of May 21, 2013. Motion Carried. II. Public Comment There was no public comment. III. Establishment of AV Counting Boards for August 6, 2013 Election Moved by Chief Deputy City Attorney Kulhanek to approve the establishment of the AV Counting Boards for the August 6, 2013 Election, and authorize the City Clerk to make adjustments as necessary. Motion Carried. IV. Assignment of Election Inspectors for August 6, 2013 Election Moved by Chief Deputy City Attorney Kulhanek to adopt the proposed assignments of the Election Inspectors as submitted for the August 6, 2013 Election, and authorize the City Clerk to make adjustments as necessary. Motion Carried. V. New Business There was no new business. VI. Adjournment Adjourned at 10:07 a.m. Official Proceedings of the City of Lansing Election Commission Special Meeting August 27, 2013 Meeting was called to order by City Clerk Swope at 2:07 p.m. Members Present: Chris Swope, City Clerk William Fowler, City Assessor Janene McIntyre, City Attorney Others Present: Bruce Utter, Election Coordinator Monica Zuchowski, Assistant Clerk I. Approval of Minutes Moved by City Assessor Fowler to approve the minutes of the City of Lansing Election Commission meetings of July 9 & 30, 2013. Motion carried. II. Public Comment There was no public comment. III. Initiatory Petition Filing re: Marijuana Moved by City Assessor Fowler to certify & move to the ballot. Motion carried. IV. New Business There was no new business. V. Adjournment Adjourned at 2:12 p.m. Official Minutes of the City of Lansing Election Commission Meeting October 8, 2013 Meeting was called to order by City Clerk Swope at 10:04 a.m. Members Present: Chris Swope, City Clerk William Fowler, City Assessor Don Kulhanek, Chief Deputy City Attorney Others Present: Bruce Utter, City Election Coordinator Monica Zuchowski, Assistant Clerk I. Approval of Minutes Moved by Mr. Fowler to approve the printed minutes of the City of Lansing Special Election Commission meeting of August 27, 2013. Motion carried. II. Public Comment There was no public comment. III. Establishment of the Absent Voter Counting Boards for the November 5, 2013 Election Moved by Mr. Kulhanek to establish the AV Counting Boards for the November 5, 2013 election and authorize the City Clerk to amend as necessary. Motion carried. IV. Assignment of Election Inspectors for the November 5, 2013 Election Moved by Mr. Fowler to approve the assignment of Election Inspectors as submitted for the November 5, 2013 election and authorize the City Clerk to amend as necessary. Motion carried. V. New Business The next meeting of the Election Commission will be at 2:OOpm, October 29, 2013, at the South Washington Office Complex for the Public Test of the Equipment. VI. Approval of Minutes Moved by Chief Deputy Attorney Kulhanek to approve the minutes of the City Election Commission Meeting of October 28, 2014. Motion carried. II. Public Comment There was no public comment. III. Public Test The Election Commission performed the public accuracy test.
