Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Miner at 8:30 A.M.

REPORT FROM THE CHAIRPERSON:

ACTION ITEMS:
a. Ratifying the Actions of the Election Commission at a meeting held on
Wednesday, September 29, 2004 regarding the Approval of Change in Polling
Locations for:
Ward 3, Precincts 1-E and 13 relocated to Harry W. Hill Center at 5815 Wise
Rd., Lansing 48911
Ward 4, Precincts 13 and 14 relocated to Maranatha Baptist Church at 2300 N.
Waverly Rd., Lansing 48906
Motion by Member Novak to ratify the action of the Election Commission at the meeting held Wednesday,
September 29, 2004 by approving the change in polling locations for Ward 3, Precinct 1-E and 13 and Ward
4, Precincts 13 and 14.
Carried unanimously
