Chair LaVoie welcomed everyone and called the meeting to order at 9:48 a.m.
TIFA Audited Financial Statements - YE June 30, 2016 (Update)

Smith provided an update on the TIFA Audited Financials - YE June 30, 2016, noting that
the proposed change to Attachment A - Comments and Recommendations. She advised an
entry was added under Management's Response. Discussion ensued.
Approval of TIFA Meeting Minutes - Friday, December 2, 2016
Motion: Butler moved to approve the TIFA meeting minutes from the Friday, December
2, 2016, TIFA Board of Director's meeting. Motion seconded by Garcia.
Yeas: Unanimous. Motion carried.
Other Business
Dorshimer noted an update on the TIFA Refinancing will be presented at a future meeting.

There being no further business, Chair LaVoie declared the TIFA meeting adjourned at 9:58

Call to Order
Chair Ragan welcomed everyone and called the meeting to order at 10:19 a.m.
Approval of TIFA Meeting Minutes - Friday, April 7, 2017
Motion: Jones moved to approve the TIFA meeting minutes from the Friday,
April 7,
2017, TIFA Board of Director's meeting. Motion seconded by Butler.
Yeas: Unanimous. Motion carried.
TIFA Financial Statements - Period Ending April 30, 2017
Smith provided an overview of the TIFA Financial Statements, period ending April 30, 2017,
noting that these are updated and current as provided by the City of Lansing Finance
Department. Discussion ensued.
Motion: LaVoie moved to receive the TIFA Financials, period ending April 30, 2017, as
presented and place on file. Motion seconded by Davis.
Yeas: Unanimous. Motion carried.
TIFA FY 2017-2018 Budget (Action)
Dorshimer presented the TIFA Budget FY -2017-2018 for the TIFA board's approval.
Discussion occurred over having Brian Lefler, Robert Baird, coming in to present to the TIFA
Board of Directors and provide an overview of the TIFA (possibly in September 2017). Smith
noted that the City of Lansing Finance Department noted that they do not anticipate any
expenditures will exceed what was budgeted between now and June 30th,
Motion: LaVoie moved to approve the 2017-2018 TIFA Budget, as presented. Motion
seconded by Davis.
Yeas: Unanimous. Motion carried.
