Call to Order
Chair Shelley Davis Boyd called the Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority meeting to order at
9:26 A.M.
Approval of LBRA Board Meeting Minutes – Friday, August 8, 2025
Motion: Member Britten moved to approve the LBRA Board meeting minutes of Friday, August 8, 2025,
as presented. Motion seconded by Member Smith.
YEAS: Six (6)/Unanimous; motion carried.
Housing Brownfield TIF Reimbursement Agreement Update
Klein updated the Board on the TIF Reimbursement Agreement language. Member Rathbun initiated
discussion on language giving preference to Lansing developers.
