Members Absent: Shelley Davis Boyd, Dr. Cristina Benton
Staff Present: Kris Klein, Brian Swett, Alex Watkins, Aurelius Christian, Kimberly Lavon,
Shay Manawar, Chelsea Dowler, Kahleea Washington

Call to Order
Vice Chair Calvin Jones called the Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority meeting to order at
9:36A.M.
Approval of LBRA Board Meeting Minutes – Friday, October 3, 2025
Motion: Member Carrillo moved to approve the LBRA Board meeting minutes of Friday, October 3,
2025, as presented. Motion seconded by Member Rathbun.
YEAS: SEVEN (7); Unanimous; motion carried.
Financial Update
Manawar provided a financial update to the Board. Member Carrillo requested an actual vs. budget
comparison in a future update.
