Call to Order
Chair Shelley Davis Boyd called the Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority meeting to order at
9:47 A.M.
Approval of LBRA Board Meeting Minutes – Friday, September 12, 2025
MOTION: Member Jones moved to approve the LBRA Board meeting minutes of Friday, September 12,
2025, as presented. Motion seconded by Member Carrillo.
YEAS: SEVEN (7); Unanimous; motion carried.
Financial Update
Klein updated the Board on the financial status of the LBRA.
