Call to Order
Chair Shelley Davis Boyd called the Lansing TIFA Board meeting to order at 9:33 A.M.
Approval of Lansing TIFA Board Meeting Minutes – Friday, August 8, 2025 (ACTION)
MOTION: Member Rathbun moved to approve the Lansing TIFA meeting minutes from Friday, August 8,
2025, Board of Directors meeting, as presented. Motion seconded by Member Britten.
YEAS: SIX (6) Unanimous; motion carried.
