Members Present: Chair - Shelley Davis Boyd, Vice-Chair - Calvin Jones, Treasurer - Catherine Rathbun,

Members Absent: Dr. Alane Laws-Barker, Chaz Carrillo, Jordan Sutton, Rawley Van Fossen
Staff Present: Kris Klein, Brandy Standler, Aurelius Christian, Alex Watkins, Chelsea Dowler, Kahleea

Call to Order
Chair Davis Boyd called the Lansing Tax Increment Finance Authority meeting to order at 9:11 A.M.
Approval of TIFA Board Meeting Minutes – Friday, December 06, 2024 (ACTION)
MOTION: Member Rathbun moved to approve the TIFA meeting minutes from the Friday, December 06, 2024, Board of
Directors meeting, as presented. The motion was supported by Member Smith.
YEAS: Unanimous, motion carried.
Update TIFA Act Amendments
The legislation was not brought up in the House of Representatives before the end of the year. The plan is to
reintroduce this year.
