1. Minutes of-Dec-em-ber3;-�2-025rmeeting.
Jason Gabriel called the meeting to order at 3:36 pm. Melik Brown made the motion to approve the
meeting minutes, with one amendment. Greg Venker second the motion. All in favor.
2. Directors Report.
Dominic Cochran gave an update. Suggested having the LPMA attend a hard hat walk through of the
Media Center.
3. Finance Report.
Emily Linden presented expense and deposit report details and an update on construction costs. LPMA
strategy meetings will start up again starting on December 15, 2025.
