Absent: Paul Dripchak, Ron Embry, and Frank Lee
This meeting was called to order at 5:32 p.m. by Vice Chair Melissa Horste. R. Freeman conducted a roll call. A quorum was
not established. At approximately 5:40 p.m. another roll call was conducted. A quorum was established.
S. Gehle moved to approve the agenda as presented. Seconded by G. Lopez. Motion carried.
V. Williams moved to approve the minutes of March 3, 2025. Seconded by T. Woods. Motion carried.
Director Coleman introduced Anna Fischer of Public Policy Associates. Ms. Fischer presented the Homeless Study
Presentation and recommendations. The recommendations were provided to attendees. A brief Q&A followed.
The meeting was then placed in the hands of Peggy MacDougall of Resolution Services Center. Attendees were selected for
participation in round table discussions.
Peggy MacDougall and representatives of Resolution Services provided round table discussion reports and closing remarks.
Director Coleman presented closing remarks and turned the meeting back into the hands of HRCS Advisory Board Vice-Chair
Melissa Horste who entertained public comment.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:17 p.m.
