This meeting was called to order at 5:37 p.m. by Chair Ron Embry.
Advisory Board members identified themselves for roll call. Quorums were established for both boards.
Chair Embry stated the purpose of the meeting and rules for public comment. He also directed those in attendance to complete
and submit the slip stating their location recommendations.
V. Williams moved to approve the agenda as presented. Second by G. Lopez. Motion carried.
A video of the Oregon Harbor of Hope ModPod community was shown to share the vision of the NOVA Lansing Housing
Initiative.
Chair Embry started the process of acknowledging those who registered for public comment. Fifty-two registrations were
received. However, a few people passed when they were called.

T. Woods moved to adjourn the meeting. Second by G. Lopez. Passed unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
