• Meeting called to order at 8:50am
• Motion to approve Bylaws-passed
• Heard scheduled taxpayer appeals and walk ins
• Break at 10am
• Suggested changes to appointment schedules
• Resumed appeals and discussion of each
o Discussed new policy instated by the mayor- $40,000 grant money for
homeowners
• Discussed EMPP, and jurisdiction on agricultural or classification appeals
• Lunch 12pm-1 pm
• Resumed taxpayer appeals
• Reviewed written appeals and appraiser recommendations
• Adjourned at 5pm
