SCOTT CENTER ADVISORY BOARD
Meeting of 22 May 2002
Meeting was called to order by Pres Tom Klunzinger at 4:30 PM on 22 May 2002.
Members present were Tootsie Lambo (Garden Club),, Katy.Emmons (Art Guild), Tom
Klunzinger (Coin Club), Sam Pardee (Cooley Gardens), Jack Sharpe (Iris Society), Bill
Vernon (Veterans), Barbara Wheeler (Herpetologists), and Carol Munroe (Parks & Rec).
There was no treasurers report due to absence of Treasurer.
Report by.Carol Munroe indicated there was one minor change to the June schedule
furnished with the agenda. She also verified meeting schedule submitted by the Garden
Club.
Under New Business, Jack Sharpe introduced himself as the new representative of the Irish
Society. Carol Munroe indicated the billings were coming out in June for the 2002-03 fiscal
year. She further asked that using organizations turn in new meeting schedules for the
02-03 FY. General discussion indicated that since Jack Sharpe was the new Iris Society
representative, and the Advisory Board By-Laws require that Treasurer be a Board
Member, it was determined that a new Treasurer needs to be elected. Pres Tom
Klunzinger called for a board meeting to be held on 26 June 2002 to conduct the election
for Treasurer.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.at 5:15 PM with a reminder
that the next meeting would be held on 26 June 2002 at 4:30 PM at the Scott Center.
