At the Downtown Mall and Environs Advisory Board meeting held on
October 13, 1992 the Board reviewed the request from the Greater
Lansing Arts Council for a Temporary Encroachment License to use
the Washington Square and Environs area for the Silver Bells in
the City event, Friday, November 20, 1992 . It is the Boards
recommendation to approve the application with the following
stipulations : NONE
