The meeting of the December Board of Review was called to order by Vice Chairman Nathan
Mercer at 10:45 a.m. r

Old Business:
Motioned by Nathan Mercer, supported by Diane Sanborn and Tricia Spain to approverthe 2014
December Board of Review minutes as submitted. = r
Motioned carried unanimously.
Public comments:
Kathleen Walsh was present to submit Homestead Poverty application for property located at
2707 Montego Drive. Nathan Mercer explained to Kathleen that the Board of Review would
look over the application and make a decision and a decision notice would be mailed to the
taxpayer within 2 weeks.
Dave Sincox Board Chairman and Mike Keenoy Director of Endeavor House Ministries
submitted an Exemption Status application for property located at 3830 South Waverly Road.
Dave Sincox stated the ministries are a Christian Transitional housing program which focuses on
individual spiritual enrichment, behavioral expectations and individual goals. The ministries
moved from 528 North Pine to 3830 South Waverly Road. Nathan Mercer explained to Dave
and Mike that the Board of Review would look over the application and makes a decision within
a couple of weeks.
