Foster Community Center I. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA II. BOARD MEETING MINUTES A. December 11, 2024 Walters Moved to accept the minutes, Whitfield seconded, passed unanimously. III. NEW BUSINESS A. CIP Projects FY26 – Reviewed possible projects to be funded through CIP B. Park Millage – Reviewed the Fact Sheet that will be produced by the Parks Department. C. D. IV. OLD BUSINESS A. Parks Annual Report – Reviewed amended Annual Report B. Parks 5-Year Master Plan – Reviewed the timeline of gathering public input and creating the 5 Year Master Plan V. UPDATES A. Received bids for the concrete pad for the fit park at Davis Park B. Kellie Brown has retired from the City of Lansing C. Holiday Nights of Lights went very well and was well attended D. Holiday Road rally had the most teams entered of all time E. Puzzlepalooza will be on January 31st VI. CORRESPONDENCE A. Ore Creek Archery – Outdoor Range B. Nancy Mahlow – CIP C. Nancy Mahlow – Camp VII. REMARKS BY BOARD MEMBERS Joan Lenhard alerted the director of a maintenance concern in the Foster Library IX. STATEMENTS OF CITIZENS All meetings of the Park Board shall be open to the public. Those in attendance shall have the opportunity to speak on any issue related to parks and recreation services not otherwise on the agenda at the end of the meeting and may speak on any agenda issue during the meeting after park board members have had an opportunity to discuss the issue or prior to the board voting on the issue. The President may impose a time limit on public comments.
