Affidavit of Disclosure Shannon Thielen LPD Moved by Mr. Bouck to Receive and Place on File with the assurance that Officer Thielen understands the distinction between selling products that promote law enforcement in general, which are allowed; and products that identify the Lansing Police Department, which are not allowed. Discussion of changes to the Attachment to Affidavit of Disclosure and the Statement of Financial Interests as submitted by Mr. Midgley. Revision to be done and brought back to the Board. CITY ATTORNEY’S REPORT: Deputy City Attorney Sumner will submit the Report of the action taken by the Board regarding Ethics Complaint 2018-001 at the next meeting.
