Mr. Bouck asked for further information as to how the value of a City vehicle is determined when a sale is being considered.
5. Discussion of changes to the Attachment to Affidavit of Disclosure and the Statement of Financial Interests as submitted by Mr. Midgley.

Moved by Mr. Kris to go into closed session at 5:50 P.M. to discuss Ethics Complaint 2018-001, seconded by Mr. Folkers. Record Roll Call: R Cole Bouck yes Connie Doyle yes John Folkers yes Penny Gardner yes Keith Kris yes Jack Midgley yes MOTION CARRIED Moved by Mr. Folkers to return to open session at 6:18 P.M., seconded by Mr. Kris.
MOTION CARRIED Moved by Mr. Kris, seconded by Ms. Gardner, that the Board of Ethics will issue a Formal
Opinion on Complaint 2018-001. MOTION CARRIED
Moved by Mr. Folkers, seconded by Mr. Bouck, that the Board of Ethics requests the City Attorney to investigate the complaint and report all findings back to the Board. MOTION CARRIED Moved by Mr. Folkers, seconded by Mr. Kris, that this matter will continue to be confidential at this time. MOTION CARRIED CHAIR’S REPORT: None ADJOURNMENT: 6:25 P.M.
