HELD ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 8, 2025, AT 3:30 P.M.

1. Minutes of the December 4, 2024, meeting.
Greg Venker made the motion to approve the meeting minutes. Desiree Kirkland second the motion.
All in favor.
2. Directors Report.
Dominic Cochran gave an update on design process, earth moving soon.
3. Finance Report.
Emily presented current budget and fundraising efforts.
4. Social Media Manager Contract.
Reviewed proposed contract, limited hours, talk of person staying on if this goes well. Greg Venker
made motion to approve. All in favor.
