Others Present: Reys & Bryn Rogers Heather Sumner, Office of the City Attorney Monica Zuchowski, Office of the City Clerk 2. Approval of the Agenda as Submitted Moved by Mr. Rogers to approve. MOTION CARRIED 3. Business Session A. Approval of Minutes Moved by Mr. Rogers to approve minutes of August 15, 2017 with changes noted MOTION CARRIED B. Old Business Moved by Ms. Appling to nominate Chad Rogers as Chairperson and Maria Van Core as Vice Chairperson MOTION CARRIED C. New Business Moved by Mr. Davis to approve the language for the Public Notice for a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering renaming portions of East Grand River Ave. and West Grand River Ave. to Cesar E.
