This Board is following the Open Meetings Act and proper postings have been placed in multiple locations around the City Hall and on the Assessing Web page. 2. December Board of Review is to correct qualified errors and hear Poverty Exemption applications. These are the only items legally allowed to appear before the December Board of Review. 3. By-Laws—I have revised the Bylaws per your request. This was done with our City Attorneys office to ensure that they follow the law, City Charter and City Ordinance. Please review them and submit any changes at our Organizational Meeting in March. We will then vote on them on the first day of the Regular March Board of Review. 4. A copy of the 2025 Board of Review meeting schedule has been provided to each of you. We must vote to accept the dates and times along with the location today. 5. No significant legislative changes have occurred since our last meeting.
