Washington Ave. Meeting was called to order by Chief Deputy City Clerk Jackson at 10:13 a.m. Members Present: Brian Jackson, Chief Deputy City Clerk Sharon Frischman, City Assessor Jim Smiertka, City Attorney Others Present: Robin Stites, Office of the City Clerk Approval of Agenda: Moved by City Assessor Frischman to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Approval of Minutes: Moved by City Assessor Frischman to approve the minutes of the Election Commission Meeting of September 8, 2023. Motion carried. Public Comment: There was no public comment. New Business: a. Moved by City Attorney Smiertka to approve Establishment of the AV Counting Board for November 7, 2023 Election. Motion Carried. b. Moved by City Assessor Frischman to approve the Assignment of Election Inspectors for November 7, 2023 Election and to authorize the City Clerk to make future adjustments as necessary.
