tagged on July 2,2014. The owner was in attendance along with his son Arz Aibout. Lynne Puente handed them
back the representative form as it was not filled out correctly and the signatures were not notarized. Lynne noted to
the owner and his son that the son could still talk for his father as this is an open meeting. Mr. Muylle asked Mr.
Fady Aibout what his plans are for the property. Mr. Fady Aibout stated that he intends to hire a contractor to do

the permits applied for as they were unsure what the outcome of this meeting was going to be.
Mr. Muylle reminded them they will need all licensed contractors. Mr. Fady Aibout and his son Mr. Arz Aibout
requested a 60 day extension they said by that time they will have permits in place to repair the home. Mr. Sanford
stated that they now will need to bring the home up to current code they have more items that need to be repaired as
the Building Safety Department they will need to complete the list of repairs and also satisfy the Building Safety
Department. Mr. Vitale noted to the owner that in the future it is always helpful to see permits in place by the time
of the meeting. Mr. Fady Aibout said he now understands if he has any other properties that may come before the
board he will have the project started he has never had a property be heard at the Demolition Board and was unsure
of the process.
