Approval of SSCIA Meeting Minutes (July 21, 2022) - ACTION No motion made due to lack of quorum. Minutes to be approved at the next meeting. Project Matrix The board discussed the projects that they have identified for 2022. Discussion began around accessing a business directory and completing a corridor walk. Andy Fedewa asked about the corridor map and website and discussed the city's parcel viewer and potentially working with GIS to get corridor specific parcel viewer. Fedewa asked about adjusting speed and traffic control with MDOT. Shaski discussed his experience with traffic calming and speed people drive in the city and discussed enforcement. Andy mentioned connecting with someone at MDOT. SSCIA Financials Chair Lukco provided an overview of the SSCIA Budget. ARPA Proposal - Update Houthoofd mentioned a survey being helpful to solicit public feedback on uses for the ARPA funds targeting business owners and residents. Christian discussed that the stipulations for the funds align with the projects outlined in the project matrix. Fedewa discussed connecting with DeLisa in the DNACE to connect with the neighborhood orgs. Discussion around potentially creating a subcommittee to work on the ARPA projects. Other Business None.
