Normal flow is through N pipe, S pipe is at higher elevation and is for high water flow only. 42" concrete pipe penetration in S pipe, 12" concrete pipe penetration in north pipe. Bituminous road surface with concrete curb and gutter. Large patch (12' x 12' ) in SB lane over south pipe. Large transverse crack both north and south of culvert.
